Things that particularly bugged me - casual drug taking by parents around their kids, kids injecting drugs (eek!), adultery and more adultery and violence. The depiction of a character still breastfeeding her son at 4 was also really annoying - particularly one part showing how 'tantalising' she finds it. Sexualising breastfeeding - grrr.

There was also too much swearing - even for me!
